RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with ANY of our candles, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the candles less shipping cost. In the event that you need to return a candle, please contact us. Returns on candles will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping and handling.

All candles are packed according to the UPS packaging codes. If you receive damaged candles please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to report the damaged package. You need to provide to UPS the tracking number shown on the shipping label. Please keep the damaged package until UPS picks up the damaged package. You need to contact us regarding the damaged package. We will either replace the item/items, or refund your credit card.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING IS A FLAT RATE OF $8.95 WITHIN THE U.S.

 All in stock items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are shipped UPS. Actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone.  If you need your order shipped Express, Next Day, Second Day, etc., please e-mail for the shipping quote. All orders to Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other countries, e-mail for the shipping quote. 

TAXES

Orders placed outside of Hawaii, will  NOT be charged sales tax. All orders within the state of Hawaii, will be charged an additional 4.166% GE tax.

BACKORDERS

In the rare instance that an item is on back order after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.
